Crunchyroll announces physical anime releases for mid-2025

From May to July 2025, Crunchyroll will bring numerous anime titles to Blu-ray and DVD in the German market. The releases include remastered editions, limited editions, as well as continuations of popular series. The physical media will be available in retail stores, online, and in the Crunchyroll Store.

Highlights of the releases

May 2025

May 2:

- Remastered edition of the classic Die letzten Glühwürmchen (DVD).

- Launch of the limited editions of Frieren – Nach dem Ende der Reise (Vol. 1), Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation (Season 2, Vol. 1), and Shangri-La Frontier (Vol. 1).

- New episodes of JUJUTSU KAISEN – Shibuya Incident (Vol. 3) and The Faraway Paladin (Season 2, complete edition).

May 16:

- My Dress-Up Darling will be released as a complete edition.

- Limited editions of Meisterdetektiv Ron Kamonohashi (Vol. 1) and Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy (Vol. 1).

- One Piece continues with Box 36.

June 2025

June 6:

- Mashle: Magic and Muscles (Season 2, Part 1) and Mushoku Tensei (Season 2, Vol. 2) in limited editions.

- Continuations of Shangri-La Frontier (Vol. 2) and JUJUTSU KAISEN (Vol. 4).

June 20:

- Movie release Detektiv Conan – Das Millionen-Dollar Pentagram (27th film).

- Limited editions of Horimiya (Vol. 1) and SPY x FAMILY (Season 2, Vol. 2).

July 2025

July 4:

- Log Horizon (Season 1, Vol. 1) and Mashle: Magic and Muscles (Season 2, Part 2).

July 18:
