Crunchyroll announces anime adaptation of The Demon Prince of Momochi House

"The Demon Prince of Momochi House," a popular manga by Aya Shouoto, will receive an anime adaptation, as announced by Crunchyroll at Japan Expo. The streaming service plans to make the anime available to audiences in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and CIS countries after its release.

The main voice actors for the anime are Natsumi Kawaida and Takeo Ōtsuka, who will voice Himari Momochi and Aoi Nanamori/Nue, respectively. The direction will be handled by Bob Shirohata, while Mariko Oka is in charge of character design. The series' scripts will be supervised by Yasuko Aoki from Studio Monado. The music will be composed by Ayana Tsujita and Tomoyuki Kono, with Hiromi Kikuta responsible for sound direction.
The Demon Prince of Momochi House tells the story of Himari Momochi, an orphan who inherits a mysterious house on her sixteenth birthday. This house lies on the border between the human and spiritual worlds, and Himari is meant to serve as its guardian. However, upon arrival, she finds three handsome squatters living there, one of whom seems to have taken on her role.
The manga, which originally debuted in 2013 in Kadokawa's Asuka magazine, concluded in August 2019, with the final 16th volume released in October of the same year.
