Episode 21 of Dainanaoji (Season 2) focuses on three parallel plotlines: the battle between Lloyd and Guitane, the confrontation with the Chimera Mega Meat, and the duel between Sylpha and Bishop Anastasia.

Lloyd and Guitane continue their fight, with Guitane utilizing his superior mana variety, while Lloyd demonstrates his adaptability. In parallel, Babylon, Rozelis, and Thor fight against Mega Meat, a chimera with unlimited regeneration ability and inedible meat. Mega Meat's background is revealed: It was created by the alchemist Ouroboro to combat world hunger, but was rejected by humanity due to its disgusting taste. Babylon succeeds by combining culinary skills and divine purification magic (Glow) to make the meat edible and transform Mega Meat's despair into acceptance.

Meanwhile, Sylpha confronts Bishop Anastasia, who turns out to be a loyal henchman of Guitane. Anastasia reveals her motivation: She serves Guitane out of guilt, as she drove him into madness. Sylpha defeats Anastasia with a modified version of Luxa given to her by Lloyd, but spares her life. The episode ends with a preview of the next threat: a black dragon.
