Sylpha informs Lloyd about the Assassins' Guild, a group of six members with unique abilities who have bounties on their heads.

Lloyd follows Ren to her hideout. Ren informs her comrades about their enemy's actions. Galilea, Talia, and Babylon introduce themselves to Lloyd and demonstrate their unique abilities: Babylon's suppleness, Crow's curses, and Galilea's spiderwebs.

Lloyd employs a series of spells and combat techniques to confront the assassins and observe their abilities. Ren hesitates to fight, fearing her poison might harm everyone. Galilea explains that their lack of control over their powers has led them to become outlaws known as the Branded.

Lloyd casts a spell on Galilea that allows her to control her mana. Lloyd grants the same spell to the others, helping them control their powers. The group thanks Lloyd for his assistance and prepares to explain their backstory, including their leader, Jade the Shadow Wolf, who can teleport but struggles to control it.

Sylpha arrives at the guild's hideout and finds Lloyd's note about visiting the lord of Lordost's estate. Albert fears Lloyd may be a hostage, hinting at a possible war with Lordost.

Ren bids farewell with a teaser for the next episode: "I will meet Jade."
