Guisarme attacks Lloyd and breaks through his defenses with a deadly curse. Lloyd realizes that the attack would be fatal because of the parasitic demon he carries within him. Grim urges Lloyd to evade the attack and explains that Guisarme's mana functions similarly to Crow and Ren's mana transmutation.


Grim explains the hierarchy of demons and refers to Guisarme as a Demon Lord, far superior to first-class demons. This revelation underscores Guisarme's overwhelming power and the danger he poses.


Guisarme and Lloyd engage in a fierce battle. Guisarme mocks Lloyd for destroying his subordinates and his hideout. He also accuses Lloyd of aiding the Branded in escaping, whom he considers perfect vessels for demons. Lloyd is determined to resolve the conflict.


As the battle intensifies, Guisarme's power proves immense, and he effortlessly shatters Lloyd's barriers. The fight escalates, with Guisarme demonstrating his ability to control mana instinctively, unlike humans, who require incantations.


Amid the chaos, Galilea and the others attempt to flee through a gate opened by Babylon. Talia uses her ability to share her wounds with the others to buy them time for escape while holding off the enemies. Despite her injuries, Talia is resolved not to be captured by the demons.


Ren, deeply affected by her comrades' sacrifices, pleads with Talia and Galilea to stay alive. Galilea reassures her and vows to deliver the finishing blow to their foes. The episode ends with an intense standoff as Lloyd and Guisarme prepare for their final showdown.
