Episode 10 of DanMachi IV unfolds amidst the chaos triggered by Jura's scheme. Meanwhile, Bell and Ryuu confront Jura, who revels in his devilish plan and laughs maniacally as he explains his actions.

This confrontation is interspersed with scenes of Ouranos discussing the situation with Fels through magical communication and reporting on the events in the dungeon.

When Bell's group hears the screams from below, Lili wants to descend to help. However, the tearful Cassandra intervenes, emphasizing that they are only surviving because they are not in immediate danger.

The following segment introduces the monster known as the Juggernaut, which Bell encounters. Described as a giant, skeletal, horse-like mutant, the Juggernaut appears deceptively fragile but proves to be extremely resilient and deadly. Despite its lack of armor, Bell's attacks are ineffective as they bounce off its body. The creature demonstrates its lethal abilities by brutally killing numerous adventurers, mostly unnamed members of Ryu's hunting party.

The episode reaches its climax as Bell, who has gained considerable experience in the lower floors, faces off against the Juggernaut. Despite his skill and knowledge, Bell is outmatched by the creature's speed and strength. His efforts prove futile, as his attacks fail to land, and the Juggernaut inflicts severe injuries on him.

By the end of the episode, Bell is gravely wounded, his right arm severed, and he is sent flying through the cavern, barely surviving. His critical condition and the realization that he might be the strongest adventurer standing against the Juggernaut paint a grim picture of the situation.
