Episode 11 of DanMachi IV continues the tense situation from the last episode. At first, it seems like Bell won’t survive the encounter with the Juggernaut, but Ryuu discovers that he’s still alive thanks to the Goliath Scarf from Lili and Welf. Ryuu provides first aid to Bell by binding his arm and healing him, though he remains unconscious.

The scene then shifts to Bors and the rest of the group, who encounter the Juggernaut. Ryuu intervenes to save Bors from an attack and engages in a brief but fierce battle with the creature. Despite her efforts, Ryuu is severely injured and can no longer continue the fight. An attempt by Bors' group to use magic against the Juggernaut backfires—the magic is reflected back at them, decimating the group, with only Bors surviving.

Bell falls into a river, where he is found by the mermaid Marie. Marie uses her magic to reattach and heal Bell’s severed arm, restoring him to fighting condition.

Back in the fight, Bell attacks the Juggernaut again, this time targeting its legs with precise strikes to hinder its movement. Ryuu, who is incapacitated but conscious, watches in amazement at Bell’s improved combat skills. Bell attempts a powerful attack with the Goddess Blade to absorb and redirect the Juggernaut’s reflected magic, but he only manages to stun the creature.

Jura, who orchestrated the whole situation, tries to control the Juggernaut using a magic stone. However, his plan backfires—the Juggernaut turns on him and violently ends his life. But this doesn’t mean safety, as a Lambton, drawn by the commotion, appears and swallows Ryuu and Bell in an attempt to save them.

On the 25th floor, Cassandra struggles to stop Lili and the others from descending further into the dungeon without revealing her premonitions. An unexpected development occurs when Amphisbaena, a giant two-headed dragon and the boss of the 27th floor, emerges as a new threat to Lili’s group.

The episode ends with Bell and Ryuu trapped inside Lambton’s stomach. Bell manages to get them out, but they find themselves in the White Palace of the Deep Floors, a notorious and dangerous area of the dungeon.
