The continuation begins with Yayoi, Keitaro, and Eiko in Tunnel Old Old F, a dangerous place haunted by spirits. They are confronted by a malicious ghost who wants to play a crazy game of tag. The ghost moves slowly, but the stakes are high: if they are caught, the consequences could be dire. Yayoi and Keitaro devise a strategy and agree that Keitaro will carry Eiko, who is injured in the leg, while Yayoi distracts the ghost.

As they walk through the tunnel, they realize the ghost has disappeared. They flee and barely escape the danger. Their protective dolls, which have kept them safe so far, are running out. Yayoi decides it’s time to release her graduate, a ghost called the Prisoner Martyr. This ghost was a soldier who, after his death, was trapped in a cycle of torment, haunted by the spirits of the enemy soldiers he had killed.

The Prisoner Martyr has the ability to make anyone within a certain radius feel his pain and suffering, weakening them. Yayoi and Keitaro use this to their advantage and try to weaken the evil ghost. They succeed, but the ghost enters a second, more dangerous stage. Yayoi and Keitaro realize they must act quickly and coordinate their efforts to finally defeat the ghost.

After the confrontation, Yayoi categorizes the ghosts in the tunnel based on their actions and intentions. Some are sent to a temple, while others are classified as evil and taken to their rooms for further treatment. They also find Anna, the YouTuber, and ensure she is safe.

As they prepare to leave, Eiko is suddenly attacked by a ghost that clings to her. Yayoi presents Eiko with a choice on how to handle the ghost, and Eiko decides to let it go, thanking it for their brief friendship.

The episode ends with Eiko, still shaken by the experience, questioning her ability to assist Yayoi and Keitaro in future missions. To strengthen her resolve, she decides to visit one of the most haunted places in Kanto.
