The official website of the "Dead Mount Death Play" anime adaptation, based on the manga by Ryohgo Narita and Shinta Fujimoto, recently announced the names of the artists who will perform the theme songs for the second part of the series.

The opening theme "Scrap Art" for the second half of "Dead Mount Death Play" will be sung by Inori Minase, who previously contributed the first ending song of the anime, "Iolite." Minase also voices one of the three main characters of the series, Misaki Sakimiya. Yūma Uchida, the voice behind another protagonist, Takumi Kuruya, will perform the new ending theme song titled "Hope."

"Dead Mount Death Play" has been airing since April 10 and is set to run for over three-quarters of a year, divided into two parts. The second half of the series is expected to air in October. The series is available to viewers during its broadcast on Crunchyroll.

The series, directed by Manabu Ono, known for his work on "Sword Art Online: Alicization," "Saki," and "Sakura Wars the Animation," features a creative team that includes scriptwriters Yukie Sugawara and Yoriko Tomita, as well as "sub-director" Takaharu Ōkuma. The animation is produced by GEEK TOYS, with character designs by Hisashi Abe. F.M.F. composed the music for the series, rounding out the artistic team.

The plot of "Dead Mount Death Play" is a unique showdown between a legendary hero and a corpse god-necromancer, leading to unexpected reincarnation magic. The resulting narrative takes the reader through time and space into the role of Polka Shinoyama, a boy who wakes up feeling strangely out of place.
