The episode takes place in the bustling district of Shinjuku, where a YouTuber named Proppen encounters a mysterious swarm of hands during a livestream. Meanwhile, detective Iwa-san and his team investigate the same phenomenon. They meet with Clarissa, a homeowner and well-known real estate agent in Shinjuku, who is introduced by a man named Mister Daren. Clarissa is accompanied by Rinne and Hiiro Horojima, who turn out to be siblings and formerly lived in Shibuya.

The episode takes a turn when a newspaper reporter named Kochou Eightport appears to interview a new fortune-teller known as the "Corpse God," who is believed to be a Shinoyama. The Corpse God is actually Polka, who is collaborating with an information broker named Takumi Kuruya. Kochou believes that the Corpse God, the mysterious hands, and a criminal named Solitaire are all connected.

In another part of the city, a group of assassins known as the Agakuras receive a new assignment in Shinjuku. They are meant to serve as a distraction, but their mission fails, and they are quickly defeated by another group led by a woman named Momoya. Momoya is then tasked with returning to Shinjuku for another mission.

Back in the building owned by Clarissa, the Corpse God and his associates discuss the mysterious writing on the wall, which is linked to a being named Arius Sabaramond from another world. The Corpse God reveals that he knew Sabaramond a hundred years ago and that he knows nothing about the "Bastard Children of Sabaramond" mentioned in the graffiti.

The scene ends with Takeru observing the police, who are also investigating Solitaire, and Taipei being ordered to capture Polka alive if possible.
