The Young Gangan magazine from Square Enix has announced that a spin-off novel for Ryohgo Narita and Shinta Fujimoto's manga Dead Mount Death Play is in the works. The novel will explore the origin story of the enigmatic criminal Solitaire and is set to release in May on Square Enix's Manga UP! website and app. Further details about the spin-off novel will be revealed in the next issue of Young Gangan magazine on May 2.
