In Death Note Vol. 2, Panini Video made a small audio error in the extras. Ironically, there's an audio dropout at 0:58 in the karaoke version included in the extras.
Since the DVD has already been shipped to retailers, it will unfortunately likely be available in two versions due to the near-impossibility of a complete recall. The label is currently working on organizing an exchange. It remains unclear whether everything will be resolved by the release date on November 21, 2008.
