Detective Conan: Highway no Tenshi – New material for the upcoming movie presented

Regarding the announced anime film "Detective Conan: Highway no Tenshi", first insights have been released. The film, the 29th installment of the Detective Conan film series, is scheduled for April 10, 2026.

A 30-second long teaser was presented. The plot is set in Yokohama and shows the pursuit of a mysterious black motorcycle by the traffic police of Kanagawa Prefecture. The focus is on motorcycle police officer Chihate Hagiwara, who is chasing the vehicle on her patrol motorcycle.

Furthermore, an official key visual, titled "Angel Visual", was revealed. It shows the character Chihate Hagiwara on her white police motorcycle, accompanied by Conan Edogawa. The illustration contains the word "ANGEL" in two representations: once in white and once mirrored amidst flames.

The character of Chihate Hagiwara is portrayed by voice actress Miyuki Sawashiro. The teaser and the visual hint at a connection to her deceased brother Kenji Hagiwara and his friend Jinpei Matsuda, whose day of death is November 7.
