Detective Conan - Episode 1147

On the last day before the closure of an amusement park, Conan and his friends visit the classic attractions one more time. There, they meet detectives Takagi and Chiba, who are working undercover as security officers to prevent a possible theft. The officers explain that six years ago, two people committed a robbery, stealing jewelry worth a large sum. One of the accomplices died shortly afterward, leaving the stolen jewelry hidden somewhere in the park. The remaining partner, known only by the name "Ebishima," is suspected to have appeared before the park's demolition.

While the group searches for a friend’s lost hat, a seemingly missing child report distracts the authorities, and part of the group enters restricted areas of the park. The clues increasingly suggest that the supposedly missing child might be a deception, as the statements of the desperate mother become more and more contradictory. At the same time, an unexpected fog machine causes panic and an evacuation of the visitors, leading to chaotic conditions.

Conan and the others piece together the puzzle and realize that the person posing as the parent of the missing child is actually after the stolen jewels. Taking advantage of the confusion during the evacuation and hiding the jewels in a shopping bag, the culprit attempts to escape unnoticed. However, Takagi thwarts the plan and discovers that the one who caused a distraction with a bomb threat is the same person who staged the fake missing child case. The suspect is arrested, and the park’s final day ends in a tense situation but with a resolution: The jewels are recovered, and the case is closed.
