Mb | Oct 14, 2023 | Reading Time: 2 Min.
The episode takes place on an island where Senku and his team are diligently working on producing nitric acid, a crucial component of the revival fluid. Once they succeed in creating it, the path is clear for the Kingdom of Science's counteroffensive against the Petrification Kingdom.
Senku and his allies discuss the possibility of manufacturing gunpowder but realize that their makeshift equipment limits their production capabilities. Instead, they decide to focus on reviving their comrades, starting with Kaseki, their skilled craftsman, who will assist them in building a drone.
Meanwhile, Kohaku and the others find themselves in a tense situation as the enemy suspects an intruder among them. The enemy threatens to destroy statues, including Ryusui's. Kohaku cleverly disassembles Ryusui's statue and sends the pieces to Senku and the team, who attempt to revive him piece by piece.
Ryusui is successfully revived and immediately grasps the gravity of the situation. The team decides to focus on an aerial battle to seize the petrification weapon. However, due to heightened security measures, approaching the enemy proves difficult.
Senku and Ryusui devise a plan to dive underwater and recover the petrified statues of their allies. Using parts from their lab vehicle, they construct makeshift oxygen tanks. After hours of meticulous work, they manage to fill two tanks, each lasting only ten minutes underwater.
The dive begins, and Ryusui and Sojus locate the petrified statues thanks to Sojus' sharp observational skills. They signal the team on the surface to lower the revival fluid. Ryusui uses the last of his oxygen to revive Taiju, who then helps retrieve Kaseki's statue.
Taiju and Ryusui succeed in bringing Kaseki to the surface, where he is revived.
