Dr. Stone S4 - Episode 3

In this episode, Senku and his companions successfully cross the ocean and reach the American continent to secure a crucial resource for humanity's restoration. However, the landscape has drastically changed—towering trees have nearly erased the former civilization. Without wasting time, they set out to find meat for sustenance, leading them into a confrontation with large wild animals. This encounter also offers a glimpse into an ecosystem that has thrived without human influence.

Their true objective, however, is corn. A single kernel discovered in a captured animal proves that the plant exists in this region. With this clue, they venture inland. While part of the group remains on the ship to secure supplies, the others search for areas once known for their abundant cornfields. To find signs of active cultivation, they deploy a light trap designed to attract specific insects. The presence of certain species suggests that larger cornfields may lie further upstream.

Just as hope begins to rise, they sense an unexpected threat. A sudden ambush by unknown attackers wielding advanced weapons reveals a shocking truth: another group has already made significant technological progress. Caught off guard, Senku and his allies seek cover, but they quickly realize they must face an adversary of equal strength. To secure the precious corn supplies and continue their mission, they must outsmart this opponent with intellect and strategy.
