In a desperate last action, Senku activates the petrification beam to turn all of humanity into stone once again, thereby healing all the injured through the subsequent revival. His ingenious plan involves placing the last revival fluid in an automatic mechanism at the Medusa base, which is to be triggered by natural sounds like thunder.

As the beam sweeps across the planet, Stanley faces the final decision: Does he destroy the mechanism and condemn humanity to eternal stone, or does he accept defeat? He decides not to shoot and acknowledges that Senku's team has won.

After the global petrification, Suika awakens first – but her relief is short-lived. She discovers that the revival fluid is missing. Entirely on her own, she begins her struggle for survival in a world full of statues, determined to find a way to rescue her companions.
