After the global Petrification event, Suika awakens as the only one in an abandoned world. First, she systematically gathers all the petrified statues of her companions in a safe place. Her hope of finding revival fluid somewhere, however, shatters. In her desperation, she discovers the scientific notes that Senku left behind for this case.

Instead of despairing, Suika begins to produce the fluid herself according to the instructions. The process proves to be extremely lengthy and challenging, especially the production of nitric acid through the so-called "Niter Farm," which takes several years. Over a period of seven years, Suika works tirelessly and with scientific precision on her project, strictly applying the methods she learned from Senku.

Her endurance is finally rewarded: After seven years, she succeeds in successfully producing the revival fluid and awakening Senku as the first. Her first question is about the time that has passed, and Senku confirms that she managed it in remarkably short time.
