The group lands on the planet Mega after Degesu deactivates the warp function and abruptly interrupts the journey. Panzy, Bulma, and Hybis stay behind to repair the damaged aircraft, struggling primarily with the mineral Majiite. Meanwhile, Goku, Vegeta, and the others explore the unknown surroundings and learn from Neva that this region is dangerous for mortals alone.

Glorio informs Dr. Arinsu that they have succeeded in seizing the Dragon Ball from the second Demon World and that they will next depart for the first Demon World. While the aircraft is being repaired, the group encounters a horde of giant hamsters, which flee when a Megath child appears. The young giant and his pet briefly stand in the group's way, but Vegeta, Piccolo, and Goku manage to thwart his escape attempt.

After Panzy and Bulma complete the repairs, the crew boards the aircraft and leaves the planet. From the sky, they gaze at the glowing landscape of planet Mega and prepare for new challenges, well aware that the dreaded planet Giga still lies ahead.
