The episode begins with Arinsu—the creator of the Majin duo Kuu and Duu—confronting Goku and Kadan's group, revealing that they possess one of the Demon Realm's Dragon Balls. Shin (Nahare/Kaioushin), Arinsu's sibling, demands the Dragon Ball to restore order, but Arinsu refuses, declaring her intent to create a more terrifying Demon Realm. She proposes a duel: the victorious side will claim all three Dragon Balls.

Goku battles Duu, but their clash is abruptly interrupted when Gomah unleashes a devastating energy blast. Now wielding the Tertian Oculus—a legendary Third Eye artifact embedded in his forehead—Gomah emerges as a grave new threat. Neva explains the dark history of the Tertian Oculus, a relic of immense power deeply tied to the myth of the Glindian Tree. Gomah then creates a cross-dimensional arena, forcing the conflict into a controlled space.

Vegeta faces Gomah but is quickly overwhelmed. Goku, Piccolo, Glorio, and Shin rush to Vegeta's aid, while Bulma convinces Arinsu, Kuu, and Duu to join the fight against their common enemy. Meanwhile, Panzy, Kadan, Neva, and Tamagami One gather on the battlefield, uniting all factions against Gomah.

Despite their combined efforts, Gomah dominates the battle by wielding the reality-warping powers of the Tertian Oculus. A desperate Vegeta asks Goku for medical bugs to heal the wounded, but Goku doesn't have any. Gomah traps Goku mid-air and fires a lethal energy blast, which Duu and One intercept—sacrificing themselves to protect him. Seizing the decisive moment, Goku transforms into Super Saiyan 3 and survives the attack, while Duu and One fall.

The episode ends with a tense stalemate between Goku and Gomah, as the energy of the Tertian Oculus crackles ominously.
