For the Japanese dubbed version of the animation production "Dragon Raja II -The Mourner's Eyes-", the main theme and a main promotional video were released. Additionally, new characters, their voice cast, and musical information were announced.

In the story, the following characters appear:

- Sha Mi (Xia Mi), a new student at Kassel College with class A bloodline, voiced by Reina Kondō
- Chu Tianjiao, father of the character Chu Zihang, portrayed by Yoshimasa Hosoya

The opening sequence is created, as in the original version, by Shiro Sagisu with the title "WE ARE MADE". For the ending sequence, ASCA's "Giver" is used.

The series continues the story of "Dragon Raja -The Blazing Dawn-", whose Japanese dub was released in 2024. Both productions are based on the fantasy novel series "Dragon Raja" by Chinese author Jiang Nan.

New to the production team are:

- Shiro Sagisu for the musical score
- Terumi Nishii and Takahiro Tanaka for character design

The series combines elements of modern fantasy with traditional dragon motifs and continues the coming-of-age story in an academic setting.
