After many years, a new DBZ movie has been announced. "Dragonball Z: Kami to Kami" (Eng.: Dragonball Z: Battle of the Gods) is set to release in Japanese theaters on March 30, 2013.
Now, the first scenes from the film are available—check out the attached trailer. Among other things, you can see the new characters Beerus, the God of Destruction, voiced by Kouichi Yamadera, and Whis (voiced by Masakazu Morita).
