To put it briefly, compared to the US dub counterpart, it was a massive disappointment. However, I think we should wait for tomorrow's TV episode. The voice itself isn’t bad, but almost anything would seem "bad" next to the brilliant US dub.
The voice just wasn’t as intense as we’re used to. Ryoga is very emotional, so let’s see how that comes across in this dub.

Also, was it "Hyoga," "Yoga," or did I mishear something? ... Just a little tip, especially for all Ranma newbies—it’s pronounced "Ryoga" in Japanese as well (though unstressed). Still, "Ranma" didn’t become "Lamna"... so referencing Japanese won’t help here either.
As for the script up to episode 8, I can only grade it as very good (and we’re usually very critical). Almost no mistakes and extremely faithful to the original.
