Dungeon People - Episode 1

In the first episode of "Dungeon People," the story follows the experienced adventurer Clay as she explores the dangerous depths of the Antomurg Dungeon. The narrative begins with a fierce battle against a Cerberus-like creature, which Clay wins thanks to her years of combat experience. In the process, she secures a valuable gemstone and reaches the eighth level of the dungeon—a previously unattained achievement.

Clay demonstrates skill and cunning by distracting a group of kobolds with a gemstone and then defeating them. Defeated monsters are transformed into gemstones, presenting a lucrative alternative to treasure hunting.

The plot intensifies when Clay encounters a minotaur guardian. Their fierce battle is interrupted when the dungeon walls collapse, revealing a hidden chamber. Beillehelia Langdass, the dungeon's administrator and boss, emerges from the concealed room. Impressed by Clay's abilities, she offers her a position in the dungeon's management. Intrigued and challenged, Clay agrees to a duel, wagering her freedom against a job.

The duel takes place in the dungeon's final chamber. Despite Clay's strategic fighting style, Langdass defeats her with superior skills. Clay awakens on the dungeon's eleventh floor, bound by the agreement to work for Langdass.

Langdass assigns Clay various tasks, such as managing the dungeon, feeding monsters, and repairing traps. Despite Clay's concerns about her ties to the thieves' guild, Langdass assures her that she will resolve all external conflicts.

The episode ends with Clay reviewing her new employment contract, impressed by the generous terms and her transformation from adventurer to dungeon employee.
