"Edge of Time": animation film at the Tokyo International Film Festival

The animated film "Edge of Time" is being shown as part of the Tokyo International Film Festival. The event started on October 27 in the Japanese capital.

The screenings take place on three dates. Showings are planned for October 28 and 31 as well as November 3. On October 31, the directors Shinichiro Watanabe and Shuhei Morita will participate in a discussion event.

The film was created through international cooperation. Japanese and Chinese directors contributed to the production. Watanabe and Morita worked together with the Chinese filmmakers Wei Li and Ming Weng.

The work consists of several episodic storylines. These are connected by the motif of a cosmic energy with the designation "Tai-Su". Each director designed his contribution with an individual artistic signature.
