Enen no Shōbōtai San no Shō / Fire Force 3rd Season - Main trailer and new voice actor for second cours confirmed

A new main promotional trailer has been released for the second half of the third season of "Enen no Shōbōtai". Additionally, the casting of another voice actor was announced.

The series, whose second cours will begin in January 2026, shows the final confrontations in the trailer. The "Great Catastrophe" is approaching unstoppably, and the world is in flames. The protagonist Shinra, his companion Arthur, and the members of the Special Fire Force face their respective rivals of fate in this ultimate battle.

The new voice role is Yoshi****su Ōtsuka as Kamado Hibachi. This character, who is already deceased, was the former chief of the predecessor organization of the 7th Special Fire Force and the teacher of the characters Benimaru and Konro.

Furthermore, the theme songs for these episodes have been confirmed. The opening theme is "Ignis" by Takanori Nishikawa. The ending theme is "Speak of the Devil" by Survive Said The Prophet. The song "Ignis" can also be heard in the main trailer. Both artists have issued statements regarding their involvement.

The plot of "Enen no Shōbōtai" takes place in a world where people spontaneously turn into flame monsters, so-called Infernals. The third season, which forms the finale of the series, shows Shinra and his allies in their final battle to save the world after they have uncovered great secrets about their existence. The series is based on the manga template, which was published from 2015 to 2022 in the Weekly Shōnen Magazine by the publisher Kodansha and comprises 34 volumes.
