Fantasy series "Why Does No One Remember My World?" announces new anime details

The upcoming TV anime "Why Does No One Remember My World?" is set to air in July. Alongside this announcement, a teaser promotional video and additional cast members were revealed. The teaser video offers a glimpse into the animated world of the series and showcases scenes that highlight the blend of mystery and fantasy in the story.

The story is based on the light novel by Kei Sazane and takes place in a world where history has been overwritten. It follows the protagonist Kai and a girl named Rinne as they embark on a journey to restore the true world. The preview also introduces the voices of Kai, played by Shoya Chiba, and Rinne, voiced by Kana Ichinose, who bring the characters to life with their dynamic performances.

New additions to the cast include Seiichiro Yamashita and Sayumi Suzushiro. Yamashita plays Ashran, Kai's colleague from the original world who becomes a mercenary in the new history. Suzushiro plays Saki, another of Kai's colleagues who also turns into a mercenary in the new world.
