The Japanese theatrical release for the animated film "Eintotsu Machi no Pupel - Yakusoku no Tokeidai" has been set for March 27, 2026. Simultaneously, information regarding the voice cast, a first advance trailer, and a teaser visual have been released.

The role of Lubitch will be voiced by Yuzuna Nagase, as previously announced at a press conference in August. Masataka Kubota, who is already known from the previous work, will once again provide the voice for the character Pupel. Kubota expressed that he was very happy when he learned that he would be able to portray Pupel again in the new production, especially since he knows the passion of the author Nishino for the character and the project.

The released teaser trailer begins with an emotional exclamation from the character Lubitch, who is standing in a forest. She fears that an important person will no longer have a place to return to if she moves on. Accompanied by the theme song by Rosalina, scenes are shown that hint at a new adventure, including Lubitch determinedly pedaling a flying vehicle. Furthermore, new characters are introduced, including a woman with bright red hair and blue-orange accessories, and a green-eyed woman who rides along on the back of a flying machine piloted by Lubitch.

The also released teaser visual shows Lubitch and Pupel standing on the hands of a large clock. In the background of the clock face, the silhouette of the "Millennium Fortress" is visible, a mysterious other world that rules over time. The slogan "I want to meet you once more" accompanies the illustration.
