Final battle phase in "My Hero Academia" announced

A first preview trailer has been released for the upcoming final season of the anime adaptation of Kōhei Horikoshi's "Boku no Hīrō Akademia" (My Hero Academia).

The footage shows the decisive confrontation between All Might as the Symbol of Peace and his adversary All For One. Particularly highlighted is All Might's desperate use of his robot armor against the antagonist, who has returned to full strength through rejuvenation powers. Parallel to this, scenes of the protagonist Deku fighting his most feared opponent Shigaraki are shown, accompanied by Deku's newly recorded statement: "We weave the will. The hope."

The story is set in a world of supernatural abilities ("Quirks"). The initially powerless student Izuku Midoriya inherits the powers of the top hero All Might and undergoes hero training while facing threats from villains.

The final season begins in October.
