The anime adaptation of "En'en no Shōbōtai" (English: Fire Force), based on the manga by Atsushi Ōkubo, will continue its third season in January 2026. A teaser visual was released to announce these new episodes.
The plot of the series revolves around special firefighting units that fight against the mysterious threat of spontaneous human combustion. The released image shows the protagonist Shinra with a devilish-looking facial expression against the backdrop of the ominously flickering flames of the "Adolla world". Next to him, the characters Arthur, Sho, and Haumea can be seen.
The production continues the story of the manga, which was published in over 30 volumes and concluded in 2022. The previous animation adaptations were produced by the studio David Production.
