The first official trailer for the third season of the anime series „Fumetsu no Anata e“ (To Your Eternity) has been released. The upcoming season begins in October and introduces the new story arc, which focuses on the present. The preview shows scenes in which the central being awakens after a long rest in a peaceful environment, but is soon confronted with new challenges, encounters, and unavoidable conflicts. Accompanying this, additional images from the production were revealed in advance.

There are various changes in the production team: A new director is taking over for the first time, while the overall supervision remains in experienced hands. In addition to the previous animation studio, another studio is involved in the production of the new episodes. The creative minds behind the script, design, and music continue their work.

The anime is based on the award-winning source material, which, after years of publication, is now approaching its conclusion. The finale of the manga will soon be published in the Weekly Shōnen Magazine, with the final compiled volume following in August.
