The episode begins with the Cleaner team searching for a way out of the building, while Jabber, a robber, appears and destroys the emergency exit. Jabber explains that he has come to take Rudo, and reveals that he has incapacitated Zanka with a poison, but not killed him. When Gris tries to protect Rudo, Jabber pierces Gris with his claws and severely injures him.

This situation triggers a memory in Rudo from his childhood, in which he felt worthless after being abandoned by his parents. His foster father Regto showed him that he can find value in discarded objects, which explains Rudo's true ability: He cannot simply transform objects into vital instruments, but rather bring out their full value.

Rudo activates Gris' talisman, which transforms into a defensive vital instrument, based on Gris' prayer for a safe return without injuries. This instrument allows Rudo to avoid Jabber's attacks by recognizing and redirecting hostile intentions. Rudo uses this ability to counter Jabber with blows.

Jabber, however, recognizes the weakness of the ability: It only reacts to hostile intentions. To circumvent this, he injects himself with a neurotoxin from his claws to fight unconscious and without hostile intent, which neutralizes the effect of the talisman. The episode ends with this threatening twist, which nullifies Rudo's advantage.
