The first episode of the TV anime "Ghost Concert: missing Songs" will air on April 5th. In advance, a plot summary and first preview images have been released. The series is the latest in the "Song Battle Series," which began with "Senki Zesshō Symphogear."

The story takes place in the year 2045, a world where singing is forbidden. In its place, the music app "MiucS" takes on the task of creating and playing music. In the first episode titled "Farewell Forever [Part One]," the protagonist Seria Aiba goes on an outing with friends. During this, she hears singing—something that is strictly forbidden for humans.

As Seria follows the voice, she encounters the ghost of a historical figure: Cleopatra, who once ruled Egypt as Pharaoh. This so-called "Great Ghost" immediately possesses Seria. While the young woman is in danger of being overwhelmed by the burden of the ghost, Kaede Saionji and the monk Setsutei, who belong to a group of ghost summoners called "TERA," confront her.

Seria Aiba is voiced by Minori Fujidera, Kaede Saionji by Nao Ojika, and Setsutei by Satoshi Hino.

The series will air on TOKYO MX, BS Asahi, and WOWOW, among others. It is directed by Masato Jinbo, with animation by Studio ENGI.
