"Ghost in the Shell SAC_2045 The Last Human" releases 12-minute opening video

The anime "Ghost in the Shell SAC_2045 The Last Human," based on the original work by Masamune Shirow, has released its 12-minute opening video. The footage will be available on YouTube from November 23 to December 14.

The anime reconstructs the 2nd season of "Ghost in the Shell SAC_2045," currently streaming exclusively on Netflix, and includes new scenes. The opening sequence begins with Togusa from Public Security Section 9, who went missing at the end of the previous episode "Ghost in the Shell SAC_2045 Sustainable Warfare," reliving his past during a desperate escape from an enemy hideout. When he wakes up in a subway, Togusa finds himself in the ruins of Tokyo, marking the start of the title sequence. The clip also features a scene where Section 9 members, led by Motoko Kusanagi, chase the mysterious Kukushkin and encounter the posthuman Mizukane Suzuka.
