The teaser video for the TV anime "Granpa and Grandma Turn Young Again," based on the work by Shin Chosen, has been released along with details about the main cast. The anime, set to air in April 2024, is a heartwarming romantic comedy.

The story follows the elderly couple Shouzou and Ine, who live a quiet life in a rural village in Aomori Prefecture, when they suddenly find themselves feeling young again.

The teaser PV features the voices of the main characters from the voice comic: Shouzou (the grandfather), voiced by Shinichiro Miki, Ine (the grandmother), voiced by Mamiko Noto, their granddaughter Mi-no, voiced by Mika Mikami, and Shiori, voiced by Nao Toyama.

Masayoshi Nishida is the director, Yukie Sugawara is in charge of series composition, Nagisa Takahashi is the character designer, Tomoki Hasegawa composes the music, and Tsukikage is responsible for animation production. The key staff members have also shared their comments on the project.

To celebrate Christmas Eve, a special Christmas illustration was released. It shows Shouzou and Ine walking arm in arm under a starry sky.
