Bandai Namco Filmworks has released a trailer for the second season of Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury. The trailer features the new opening theme song "Slash" by Yama. On the official anime website, there is also a brief summary of the second season, which takes place two weeks after the incident at Plant Quetta.



The second season is set to premiere on April 9 in Japan, with a special broadcast on April 2. The first season premiered in Japan in October 2022 and is currently being streamed on Crunchyroll. The anime is produced under the direction of Hiroshi Kobayashi and co-directed by Ryo Ando, with Ichiro Okouchi serving as the composer and scriptwriter of the series. The original character designs are by Mogumo, and the music was composed by Takashi Ohmama. The second season continues the story of Suletta and Miorine as they face new challenges and the curse of the Gundam.
