From October 30, 2026, to January 11, 2027, the third original illustration exhibition of the popular manga "Haikyu!!" will be held at the Mori Arts Center Gallery in Tokyo's Roppongi Hills. The exhibition is titled "Haruichi Furudate Haikyu!! Exhibition – The Challenger" and focuses on the journey and growth of the characters surrounding the main protagonists Shoyo Hinata and Tobio Kageyama. Rare manuscripts and illustrations newly created specifically for the exhibition by author Haruichi Furudate will be displayed.

Ahead of the event, the first key visual has been released. It depicts Hinata, Kageyama, Kei Tsukishima, and Tadashi Yamaguchi as third-year students at Karasuno High School. The illustration recreates a scene from Chapter 370 "Challenger 2," which deals with the two rivals' final spring high school volleyball tournament.

The manga series, which ran from February 2012 to July 2020 in "Weekly Shonen Jump," has reached a total circulation of over 75 million copies (including digital versions). Furthermore, two anime productions have been announced for 2027: the film "Haikyu!! The Movie: VS The Little Giant" as a continuation of "The Dumpster Battle," and the TV special "Haikyu!! Where the Monsters Go."

Further information regarding tickets is scheduled to be announced in the summer of 2026. An official website and an X channel (formerly Twitter) for the exhibition have already been set up.
