A comprehensive trailer for the upcoming anime film "Hanarokuga Akeru Hi ni" has been released. The trailer contains a first auditory impression of the theme song "Aoba", a song written specifically for the production by the musician imase.

The plot of the film focuses on Keitaro, a young man who grew up in a traditional fireworks shop. It now faces closure. Keitaro's endeavor is to complete the legendary fireworks "Shuhari" before it is too late. The trailer's images show him, his childhood friend Kaoru, the rural idyll of their hometown Futaura, as well as the progressing urban redevelopment measures that threaten the shop's continued existence.

The director of the work is Yoshitoshi Shinomiya, who is making his feature-length film debut with this. He is also responsible for the original story, the screenplay, and other aspects of the production. The musical accompaniment of the film, including the film version of "Aoba", is by Shuta Hasunuma. The soundtrack will be released separately.
