The first key visual for the anime adaptation of Bisako Nakajo's "Hanazakari no Kimitachi e" (For You in Full Blossom) has been released. At the same time, it was announced that the music duo YOASOBI will produce both the opening and ending sequences of the series.

The key visual shows the protagonists Ashiya Mizuki, Sano Izumi, and Nakatsu Shuichi together with other students of the academy.

YOASOBI expressed excitement about the opportunity to reinterpret the world of this story in the current Reiwa era.

The series tells the story of Ashiya Mizuki, a girl who hides her gender and arrives from America at an all-boys school to pursue her affection for Sano Izumi. The original manga was published from 1996 to 2004 in the magazine Hana to Yume by the publisher Hakusensha.

The story already received Japanese live-action adaptations in 2007 and 2011, as well as international adaptations. In the animated version, Mizuki is voiced by Aya Yamane and Izumi by Taku Yashiro. The broadcast is scheduled for January 2026.

The production combines elements of school romance with humorous situations and explores themes of identity and selfless affection in an unusual school environment.
