The episode begins with the captured Anne, Helck, and Piwi being taken to the kingdom of Erille, which is under the control of the Tothman tribe. The princess of the kingdom apologizes for their capture and explains that her people are forced to find slaves for the Tothman tribe to avoid harsh punishments.

Suddenly, the king of the Tothmans appears and declares that he is bored in the kingdom and intends to wage war against other lands. He orders the Erilleans to serve as soldiers in his conquest army. Helck intervenes and challenges the Tothman king and his soldiers. Although the tribe is known for its strength, Helck and Anne defeat the soldiers with ease.

The Tothman king, shocked by Helck's resilience, undergoes a transformation and gains enormous power. He attacks Helck, who withstands the assault and defeats him with a single strike. Helck then demands that the Tothman king lift the curse on the Erilleans and leave the kingdom. The Tothman king reluctantly agrees, still unable to comprehend his defeat.

The episode ends with the Erilleans expressing their gratitude, and the trio prepares to continue their journey. The next episode is titled "In Search of a Map."
