Additional contributors have been announced for the anime production "Higashijima Tanzaburou wa Kamen Rider ni Naritai" (Higashijima Tanzaburou Wants to Become Kamen Rider) by Yokusaru Shibata. Simultaneously, a third promotional clip as well as a new key visual have been released.
Kenjirō Tsuda will play the role of Nakao Hachirō, a gang member who is fascinated by the organization Shocker and wants to become one of their fighters. Further supporting characters and their voice actors include:

The story follows the forty-year-old Higashijima Tanzaburou, who unwaveringly dreams of becoming a Kamen Rider. His life changes when he gets involved in a robbery committed by fake Shocker members. Konishi voices the title role.
