The manga series "Hitozuma no Kuchibiru wa Kan Chu-Hai no Aji ga Shite" (Eng. "The Lips of a Married Woman Taste Like Canned Cocktails") by author Chinjao Musume and illustrator Tamano Nogami will be adapted into an anime later this year. The announcement was celebrated with a special illustration commemorating the anime adaptation, drawn by Nogami.

The story follows college student Tsuyoshi, who has a fondness for strong canned cocktails and encounters various married women, each with their own stories and secrets. Every encounter is a standalone episode, offering humorous, romantic, and sometimes melancholic moments. The manga is published on Kodansha's "YanMaga Web" platform and has already been released in three volumes as a "Deluxe Color Edition."

The anime adaptation is being produced by "Deregular," an animation label under the streaming service WAVE.
