House of the Lost on the Cape Reveals New Trailer

On the website for the upcoming anime film The House of the Lost on the Cape, a new trailer was revealed. The film is being produced by Studio David Production and will hit theaters on August 27, 2021. Shinya Kawatsura serves as the director. Additionally, Hitsujibungaku will contribute the theme song titled "Mayoiga."

Misaki no Mayoiga (The House of the Lost on the Cape) is an adaptation of the Japanese novel by Sachiko Kashiwaba. In September 2015, Kodansha published the novel in print, with Yukiko Saito designing the cover. The novel won the Noma Award for Juvenile Literature in 2016.
