The episode begins in the normal world, where an agent from a modeling agency spots a special edition featuring Tenjou. They discuss how they want to recruit him due to his surge in popularity following the department store incident.

Then, we see Yuuya helping his classmate, Kaori, with her studies. It turns out that Yuuya possesses an ability called "Language Comprehension," which helped him learn classical Japanese and English. As they continue their studies at Yuuya's house, Kaori stumbles upon a mysterious door leading to another world. Yuuya confirms that this door indeed leads to another world where magic exists and that he has acquired various abilities that have helped him in several incidents.

He demonstrates his magic by conjuring water and reveals that the skills he gained in the other world have enabled him to handle the previous dangerous situations at their school. Yuuya invites Kaori to visit the other world, where they meet Night and Akatsuki, Yuuya's companions from that world. They discuss the concept of stats and how they affect one's abilities.

After returning to their world, Yuuya asks Kaori to keep the existence of the other world a secret, which she gladly agrees to. This experience seems to bring the two closer together.

In the other world, Lexia returns to her father, King Arnold of Arselia, and explains the situation with Luna, an assassin originally hired to kill Lexia but who later served as her guardian. The king, initially outraged, eventually accepts Luna as his daughter's protector.

In the shadows, a noble conspiring against the king learns of Yuuya's presence—a visitor from the darkest regions. They see Yuuya as a threat to their plans and decide to use him as a scapegoat should their schemes fail.

Yuuya then returns to the other world and visits the first town since his arrival. He sells some items, including high-quality pepper from Japan, earning him a hefty sum of gold coins. He also acquires a guild card, which serves as his identification in the other world. With this money, he sets off for the royal capital.

Fascinated by the city's grandeur, Yuuya is escorted to King Arnold. Before he can utter a word, King Arnold asks if he is the lucky one to whom his daughter Lexia proposed marriage. His attempt to deny the question by presenting a bed as a gift takes a hilariously awkward turn when it is misinterpreted as reciprocating Lexia's proposal.

The comedy is interrupted as rogue attackers storm the palace. In a swift confrontation, Yuuya overpowers the leader of the assailants, a noble, putting an end to the threat.
