The popular light novel series "I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World" by Miku and Rein Kuwashima is getting its own anime adaptation! During a livestream event on Saturday, the main promotional video for the series was unveiled, and the premiere date was set for April 6. Additionally, fans got a sneak peek at the opening song by Tsukuyomi, "Gyakuten Geki."



The event was full of surprises, as new cast members were announced and the entire team was introduced. The new cast includes Ai Kakuma as Luna, Rina Hidaka as Yuty, Nao Tōyama as Night, Kazuhiko Inoue as Usagi, and Yuka Iguchi as Akatsuki.

UNLIMITED PRODUCE by TMS Entertainment is producing the anime, while Millepensee is handling the animation.

For those unfamiliar with the story, it is described as follows: "A boy who has been brutally bullied all his life finds a door opening to another world. This alternate reality grants him access to all sorts of things, such as cheat skills and a portal that lets him travel between his old and new worlds! Can this class loser change his life back home?"

The "I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World" novel series has a global circulation of 2 million copies, with the 12th light novel released in Japan on December 20 and the fourth manga volume on December 26. Fans can look forward to seeing how the anime adaptation brings this thrilling story to life.
