The romantic comedy "Aishiteru Game wo Owarasetai" by Yūki Dōmoto is receiving an adaptation as an animation production. The release is scheduled for April 2026.

The plot follows two teenagers who have been connected since their childhood. Yūkiya and Miku attend the same high school, although they cannot openly communicate their mutual feelings. Instead, they continue their traditional game, which is about who reacts first through embarrassment.

The synchronous casting of the main characters was announced. Kaito Ishikawa voices the role of Yūkiya, who has felt secret affection since middle school. Miku Itō takes on the portrayal of the lively Miku, whose development into a teenager unsettles the protagonist.

A first key visual shows both characters on a park bench amidst cherry blossoms. The depiction shows the female figure in a provocative posture, while the male figure shows noticeable embarrassment.
