In Episode 4, Prince Lloyd and his group, including his teacher and bodyguard Sylpha, go on a monster hunt. Expecting to encounter a creature, they set out for a lake. Along the way, they are attacked by goblins.

Unexpectedly, Tao, an adventurer whom Lloyd knows, joins the group and helps them drive off the goblins. When they reach their destination, Lloyd and his group attack a bearwolf, a creature that has terrified the villagers. With the help of a spell amplified by Lloyd’s magic, Prince Albert defeats the bearwolf.

However, the victory is short-lived, as Pazuzu, a demon, takes control of the bearwolf and its regenerative abilities. Pazuzu controls the bearwolves through mana transmutation, a technique that allows him to manipulate and regenerate them. The episode ends with a dramatic confrontation between Sylpha and Pazuzu, in which Sylpha showcases her impressive dual-blade skills, threatening the demon’s plans and setting the stage for the next episode, titled "The Demon is Angry."
