In the Land of Leadal will reveal additional cast and staff, music and the premiere on January 5th

On the official website of the anime adaptation of the light novel Leadale no Daichi nite (World of Leadale) by Ceez, four more cast members, staff, theme song performers, and a second promotional video were released yesterday. The anime is scheduled to premiere on January 5.



The video features the series' opening song titled "Happy encount" by TRUE. Azusa Tadokoro will perform the ending song "Happiness of the Miniature Garden."

The newly announced cast members are:

Yui Otagiri as "Key"

- Kanako Yanagihara as Lytt

- Sakura Nakamura as Marelle

- Yūki Hirose as Luine

The In the Land of Leadale light novels are published in Japan by Enterbrain (a division of KADOKAWA). The series' story is described as follows:

Due to a terrible accident, Keina Kagami is forced to rely on life support to survive. Her only escape is the VRMMORPG "Leadale." One day, her life support system fails, and Keina loses her life. However, when she wakes up, she finds herself in the world of Leadale 200 years in the future. She is now the half-elf Cayna, possessing lost skills and OP stats, and she grows closer to the other inhabitants of this world. But among these inhabitants happen to be the "children" she created during character creation?! A highly entertaining adventure full of laughter and tears(?) about a girl transported into a game world and her very special friends is about to begin!
