In Episode 4, Bell Cranel spends the night with Syr Flover. Syr expresses her romantic feelings and attempts to deepen their relationship, but Bell, torn between his loyalty to his goddess Hestia and his own emotions, resists her advances. Despite his discomfort, he tries to maintain normality between the two.

The next morning, Bell realizes Syr has disappeared. Worried, he asks his friends for help, including Welf and the staff of the Hostess of Fertility tavern, but no one has seen her return. Determined to find her, Bell searches the city and encounters Hogni Ragnar of the Freya Familia. Hogni speaks cryptically about fate and hints at Syr’s unique connection to Freya, leaving Bell puzzled.

As Bell continues his search, he learns that the Freya Familia is also after Syr. He is confronted by members of the Familia who seem intent on preventing him from finding her. In a tense encounter, Bell is aided by Ryu and other friends, who help him escape the aggressive pursuit.

Finally, Bell finds Syr in a remote area. However, he realizes the woman before him is not the real Syr but an imposter. She is revealed to be Horn, a fervent follower of Freya. Horn confesses that she disguised herself as Syr to kill Bell, hoping to prevent Freya from changing due to her feelings for him. She believes that by killing Bell, she can save the goddess she worships.

A confrontation ensues as members of the Freya Familia arrive to execute Horn for her betrayal. Bell intervenes, attempting to protect her despite her earlier intentions. Amid the chaos, Freya herself appears. Acknowledging the turmoil, she decides to intervene directly. Freya declares that she will no longer conceal her true identity behind the guise of Syr and resolves to claim Bell for herself: "Syr is now dead."

The episode ends with Freya’s resolute proclamation.
