The episode begins with the first encounter between the delegations of Mynoghra and the neutral nation Forngawn. Atou and her group meet Tonukapoli, a staff bearer of Forngawn, and her accompanying young colleague Pepe. The situation is initially tense, as the soldiers of Forngawn go on alert due to the dark aura of Mynoghra's leaders. Pepe, unfazed by the threatening atmosphere, proceeds unconventionally and breaks the ice with a friendly "Please be my friend!" to Takuto.

Takuto, who suffered throughout his life from his limited communication abilities and never had a real friend, surprisingly and joyfully accepts this offer. This unexpected gesture allows the parties to transition into more formal negotiations. Tonukapoli explains that the city of Dragontan, which belongs to Forngawn, suffers from repeated attacks by barbarians such as ogres and goblins and urgently needs help. In exchange for military support, she offers joint control over the Dragon Vein Mine, a valuable source of mana.

The negotiations are facilitated by Pepe's blunt revelation that Dragontan will likely fall without help. Takuto and Atou explain that Mynoghra, despite its evil alignment, is a peaceful nation and has a vital interest in stabilizing Dragontan, as its fall would also threaten them. An alliance between Mynoghra and Forngawn is formed, which includes Mynoghra exporting food and toys and in return importing metal goods and everyday items, while both parties share control over the Dragon Vein Mine.

To deepen the relations and learn more about the culture and values of Forngawn – something that goes beyond Takuto's game knowledge – Mynoghra decides to send an envoy to Dragontan. Due to their status as future leaders without official positions, the twin sisters Maria and Caria are selected as ideal candidates for this mission. Takuto is initially worried about their safety, but agrees after the twins express their desire to be useful to him. To protect them, Takuto introduces a newly produced, mysterious guardian unit stationed at the clinic. The episode ends with the preparation of this first diplomatic mission, which marks a new step in Mynoghra's international relations.
